The Lexus and the Olive Tree [Revised Edition]: Understanding Globalization; by Thomas L. Friedman.
I personally like this one over the later and more famous one, The world Is Flat, because there is much more of thought and knowledge and information that has gone into this and there is much to learn, to digest, from reading this one.
