Bought on impulse, but found very helpful in explaining a lot that was understood in the ambient culture but not apparent to a stranger - this one explains codes of conduct and dressing and accessories that are followed or at least were for a long time, by the established old rich - and it is apparent why. Mostly it is good sense, with some few capers for youth allowed.
